Product License

Personal, Commercial, and Modification Use License Agreement:

This Personal Use License (the "License") is a legal agreement between you ("Licensee") and Digimartix ("Licensor"). By purchasing and downloading any digital products from Digimartix, you agree to be bound by the terms of this License. If you do not agree to the terms of this License, please do not use the product.

Grant of License:

Licensor grants Licensee an expansive, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use, modify, and commercially utilize the purchased digital product for both personal and commercial purposes. This license empowers Licensee to adapt and integrate the product into various projects, whether for personal use, presentations, educational purposes, or commercial endeavors.

Restrictions:

1. No Resale or Redistribution

   Licensee may not resell, distribute, sublicense, share, or otherwise make the product available to any third party, whether in its original form or modified.

2. Ownership and Usage Rights

   While Licensee gains the right to modify and use the product commercially, Licensor retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the product, including all copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights therein.

3. No Unauthorized Modifications

   Licensee may not create derivative works based on the product through unauthorized modifications, reverse engineering, decompiling, or any similar processes.

Support and Updates:

The licensor is not obligated to provide any support, maintenance, updates, or new releases for the product under this License.

Termination:

This License is effective until terminated. Licensor may terminate this License at any time if Licensee breaches any of its terms and conditions. Upon termination, Licensee must cease all use of the product and destroy any copies in their possession.

By purchasing and downloading any digital product from Digimartix, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions of this Personal Use License. This License constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements or understandings, whether oral or written. Any changes or modifications to this License must be in writing and signed by both parties.
